heshewe.me.uk Email Accounts
heshewe.me.uk email accounts only include the cost of setting up and hosting of a domain name for use with POP3 mail boxes, but DO NOT include the price of registering / renewing the domain.

heshewe.me.uk is ideal for family gossip, social group chatter, event  communications, membership newsletters and anything else an email address can be used for. Spam and virus filtering is added as standard and the webmail feature means you can access your email account to send and receive emails from any internet connected computer in the world.

You own Domain Name
You can have your own domain name with an annual fee (provided it is available or already belongs to you). The registration process for your domain is simple and the mailboxes will be created for you. Webmail comes as standard but you can download instructions to set up Outlook any other email client.

If you currently don't own a domain name then we can register one for you from a wide range of domain extensions. The email features are standard with the Domain Only (or Domain Parking) package. With your own domain the email only packages include our control panel to administer all aspects including email address names. You can also upgrade to another package should your needs change.

Webmail

All Sunflower Solutions email accounts have access to a online webmail service including the heshewe.me.co.uk webmail facility. Webmail provides a browser based interface for you to send and receive email from a mailbox on our servers, ideal for keeping in touch when you are away from your own computer.

Webmail can be accessed at the URL http://webmail.heshewe.me.uk. You will be prompted for the username and password of the mailbox you wish to access. Enter these details and click the 'Login' button. Click the 'Log Out' link from the navigation menu to end your webmail session at any time and all confidential information is removed from the computer.

heshewe.me.co.uk is protected as standard by an accurate and powerful SPAM Filtering solution. If you purchase your own domain name for your email accounts

Now in its 3rd generation, our SPAM Filtering solution is based on the world class SPAM Assassin platform. It is combined with a number of other key tests to ensure your mailbox only receives geniune, and wanted emails.

IMAP Mailboxes

We can also provide customers with IMAP Mailboxes. These allow you to store upto 1GB of mail on our servers ready to be accessed from anywhere in the world. A small annual charge of £30 per mailbox applies.
